Child Safety Standards
USLY is a social networking application intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.
Protecting users and preventing any form of child exploitation is one of the core principles of the USLY safety policy.
Zero Tolerance Policy
USLY maintains a zero tolerance policy towards:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM),
- child sexual exploitation or abuse,
- grooming, trafficking and violence against children,
- any content that threatens the safety of minors.
Reporting Violations
Users can report profiles, private messages, groups and events that violate our Terms or may pose a safety risk.
All reports are reviewed by the USLY moderation team as quickly as possible.
Moderation Actions
- remove violating content,
- suspend user accounts,
- permanently delete accounts,
- preserve evidence when legally required,
- cooperate with competent law enforcement authorities.
